This statistic shows the volume of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beer consumed by Spanish households between 2011 and 2021. Figures are displayed in thousand kilograms. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beer peaked in 2020, with the highest figures of household consumption over the period. This is due to the fact that restaurants and bars had to close during the Covid-19 lockdown and then, people bought more beer to consume at home.
