Mexico: busiest domestic air routes 2020-2021, by number of passengers
In 2021, the route from Mexico City to Cancún was the busiest domestic air route in Mexico, transporting over 4.5 million passengers. Following with 2.2 million air travelers was the route Monterrey to the country's capital. On the same year, Volaris had the largest share of the domestic air traffic in Mexico.
