Monthly average prices for tiles in Egypt 2019-2020
The monthly average price for tiles in Egypt amounted to 30 and 42 Egyptian pounds per square meter (which is comparable to approximately three U.S. dollars) for cement tiles and mosaic tiles, respectively. Furthermore, prices of tiles increased in two occasions. In July 2019, prices of cement tiles rose by roughly 3.7 percent, while mosaic tiles' mean price grew by approximately 2.6 percent. January 2020 registered increases of around 7.1 and five percent for cement and mosaic tiles, respectively.
