Italy: pasta, noodles and couscous CPI trends 2023

Between January 2020 and March 2023, the monthly Consumer Price Index (CPI) for pasta, noodles and couscous in Italy showed an overall increase. The monthly CPI is here calculated using the year 2015 as the base, thus equal to 100. The CPI for pasta, noodles and couscous peaked at 143.9 in April 2023, before decreasing slightly to 139.7 as of October 2023.
