While the previous year gluten-free products made up almost half of the sales value of the adult dietetics foods sector, in 2022, slimming products took their place on the first step of the podium. Indeed, weight-loss food products accounted for 46.2 percent of the sales value of the adult dietetics sector, while gluten-free products took up over 33 percent.
