Odds of hotels implementing guest messaging solutions in the next year worldwide 2021
At the start of 2021, hoteliers in Asia, Europe, and North America, were surveyed on the likelihood of them implementing guest messaging (mobile chat) solutions in the next 12 months. The majority of respondents, 30 percent, stated that they were likely to implement guest messaging solutions in the next year. Meanwhile, eight percent of respondents stated that they already had guest messaging solutions in place.
