As of April 2023, the most popular online marketplace in China was Alibaba's B2C e-commerce platform Taobao, registering more than 300 million visits per month. In second place was the online discounter Pinduoduo, with roughly 228 million monthly visits. Domestic companies make up the top five most-visited online marketplaces in China.
