Parental gaming rules of children in the United Kingdom (UK) 2023, by gender
In 2023, the majority of parents in the United Kingdom (UK) with children who played video games had rules about gaming in place. However, some of these rules were more likely for boys - about 52 percent of responding parents of boys who played video games stated that they had rules about the times when their children were allowed to play games. In comparison, only 42 percent of parents of girls stated the same.
