According to a survey conducted in the United Kingdom, respondents with a household reference person aged between 30 to 49 had the highest average weekly spending on sports, camping, and open-air equipment in the fiscal year ending 2022. In that period, this age group spent an average of 3.6 British pounds a week on such goods. In comparison, respondents with a household reference person aged less than 30 had an average weekly spending of roughly one British pound on sports and outdoor equipment.
