Attitudes towards live commerce in France 2023
A study conducted in 2023 found that while the uptake of live commerce in France is still limited, approximately three out of ten French adults are familiar with the concept. Among the respondents, only 14 percent reported having engaged in a live shopping session, but nearly two-thirds of those participants reported making a purchase. Furthermore, 17 percent of individuals who had never tried live shopping expressed potential interest in it.
