In 2023, the display format concentrated over 80 percent of the digital advertising spending in Colombia and accounted for less than half of the internet ad expenditure in Argentina. On average, display ads made up around 61 percent of Latin America's online ad spend that year, while the search and classified formats accounted for about 35 and four percent of the total, respectively.
