U.S. pet owners spending money on social media posts 2021, by generation
A survey conducted in the United States in 2021 found that 47 percent of pet owners belonging to Generation Z had spent money on their pets for the purpose of a social media post. Millennial pet owners were also prone to spending money on their pets' social media publications, with 40 percent indicating that they had done so. Overall, just eight percent of Baby boomers had spent money on their pets for a social media post.
