Expenditure on media advertising in Finland in 1995-2022
In 2022, the total expenditure on media advertising in Finland was nearly 1.33 billion euros, increasing 4.1 percent from the previous year. The slight upward trend in media advertising spending continued between 2016 and 2019, but the advertising industry was heavily impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic during the year 2020. Overall, media advertising expenditure grew by roughly 0.5 billion in the period from 1995 to 2019.
