Growth of potential e-grocery shoppers share in 2018, by country

In 2018, Indonesia was a country with the highest share of 22 percent more people disposed to buy groceries online than in 2017. Netherlands and Malaysia were placed in the top three with respective shares of 20 percent and 19 percent. Online grocery shopping also started to become more popular in Russia, with 12 percent more customers willing to buy food online, and a two percent increment in the online sales share in the given sector relative to 2017.
