COVID-19 impacted negative aspects of online shopping in China 2020

A survey about COVID-19 impact on consumer behavior in China revealed that around 46 percent of respondents mentioned slow logistics and inconvenient delivery as the negative experiences they had shopping on e-commerce platforms during the coronavirus epidemic. However, the same survey showed that more than 80 percent of all surveyed consumers were satisfied with online shopping during that time.

What are the bad experiences of online shopping platforms?

Survey samples were collected from five million Pinrenwu app users. The male to female ratio was 57 to 43, and the age range was from 70’s to 00’s. The regional distribution represented the national level, of which the Wuhan sample accounted for seven percent.
