Reasons for using food delivery apps in South Korea 2022
According to a survey conducted in South Korea in early 2022, around 76 percent of respondents stated that their main reason for order food delivery via mobile apps was the convenience of being able to search for food, order, and pay all in the same place. Over half of participants wanted to avoid dining out due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and being able to benefit from various offers such as coupons and discounts.
