Share of opinions regrading governments ability to reduce crime in Africa 2019-2021
Among the African countries under review, Tanzania was the country that reported the highest share of satisfaction with the way the government was reducing crime. The country with the second highest sentiment was Benin. Conversely, in Gabon, people seemed skeptical about how the government dealt with crime reduction. Only eight percent of respondents felt that the government was adequately tackling crime rates.
