U.S. voters on social media ban of Russian state-controlled media 2022, by age
A survey conducted in March 2022 in the United States found that 60 percent of registered voters aged 65 years and over strongly supported social media companies banning content from Russian state-controlled media. Overall, only 34 percent of respondents in the 18 to 34 year age group felt the same. Additionally, 14 percent of respondents between the ages of 35 and 44 strongly opposed the banning of such content by social media companies in the United States.
