This statistic displays the rate of achievement of drive to store marketing strategies by B2C companies in Italy in 2017. As of the survey period, store locator tools were provided by 66 percent of asked businesses, while 35 percent of them gave their customer the chance to save a wish list of products. Overall 17 percent of respondents provided a service of in store return of items purchased online.
