Emissions of air pollutants from fuel combustion in Israel 2019-2020, by type
In 2020, air pollutants emissions from fuel combustion in Israel overall declined compared to 2019. Carbon monoxide (CO) emissions, mainly derived from gasoline, registered a significant decrease of around 12 percent. In the same period, carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from fuels fell by some 4.5 percent.
