Top ways for using AI in marketing worldwide 2021-2022
A global survey in 2022 found out that 90 percent of marketing professionals across 35 countries were using artificial intelligence (AI) tools in order to automate customer interactions, compared to 88 percent in 2021. Another 88 percent of marketers working with AI shared that it helped them personalize the customer journey across channels - a share that remained the same as the year before.
