TV binge-viewing past bedtime in the U.S. 2019, by age group

According to the results of a survey held in September 2019, 44 percent of U.S. adults under the age of 25 lost sleep due to frequently watching multiple episodes of a TV show or streaming video series. The share of adults who said that they often binge-watch shows past their usual bedtime decreased with age, but it was clear that those aged between 18 and 24 years old were the most avid TV consumers.
