Companies from the U.S. vastly outweigh those from other non-EU countries in value added, with the United Kingdom being the second non-EU country of origin, with 190 billion euros. Germany was the EU country with enterprises producing the highest amount of value added in other EU countries in 2021, with 232 billion euros.
