According to a survey carried out in 2019, 65 percent of respondents in Brazil agreed, at least partially, with supporting companies that talk about socio-environmental problems. That same year, around one in five consumers surveyed in the South American country reported to be highly willing to pay more for either brands that improve society and the environment or socio-environmentally responsible products. Another one third of Brazilians surveyed partially agreed with those two statements as well.
