Holiday shopping channel preference worldwide in 2020, by country

According to the results of a global survey, half of UK consumers expressed a preference to shop more online in the holiday season 2020, compared with last year. While in the UK 51 percent of respondents said they would shop more online, in Germany about 63 percent of consumers said their shopping channel preference remained the same as last year.
