Most appreciated services by eco-tourism hotels according to Italians 2023
A 2023 survey asked Italians about the most appreciated services offered by eco-tourism hotels. Overall, the availability of menus with organic or local food was the preferred service, mentioned by 38 percent of respondents. Meanwhile, 20 percent of the sample appreciated hotels that offered zero-waste, plastic free, and recycling services.
