Main features of sustainable restaurants according to Italians 2019
In 2019, a survey asked Italian respondents about the main features of sustainable restaurants. Roughly four in ten respondents believed that limiting food waste was an important feature. Similarly, approximately 37 percent of interviewees claimed that a sustainable restaurant should be using ingredients from organic farming.
