Share of SMEs in the U.S. prioritizing digital services 2022, by region
In 2022, the share of small and midsize enterprises (SMEs) prioritizing going digital in the United States is greatest in the West region, as 66 percent of survey respondents in that area said they are focusing on e-commerce and digital interactions or services. With that being said, the Southern region of the U.S. is following close behind, as 65 percent of respondents in the area said they are prioritizing e-commerce and digital services.
