Colombia: unemployment rate 2021, by gender & highest degree

Unemployment rate for women in Colombia was generally higher compared to that of men with the same educational attainments. In 2022, women with upper secondary education had an unemployment rate of 17.6 percent, whereas unemployment among men having achieved the same educational level was at 10.9 percent. Even women with a graduate degree were more likely to be unemployed than men.
