Agriculture's value added to the GDP in Tanzania 2015-2021
Agriculture contributed roughly 33.3 trillion Tanzanian shillings (TZS), around 14.3 billion U.S. dollars, to Tanzania's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 2021. Compared to the previous year, the sector's value increased slightly by three percent. During the period observed, agriculture's contribution to the Tanzanian economy followed an upward tendency.
