Food delivery order deciding factors South Korea 2021
According to a survey conducted among South Koreans in May 2021 on their decision factors when ordering food via a mobile application, roughly 27 percent of respondents stated that it was important for them to order at the place with the best reviews. At the same time, almost 15 percent answered to choose the place with the fastest delivery.
