Key figures on Black Friday in Colombia 2022
In 2022, sales during Black Friday in Colombia generated revenues of approximately 470 billion Colombian pesos. Although more than three-quarters of this value came from physical store sales, sales through digital channels reached some 155 billion pesos. That is a 75 percent increase compared to e-commerce sales during the event the previous year. In addition, some 2.5 million transactions were approved, with the volume of online transactions increasing by 52 percent compared to the 2021 edition. According to the official Black Friday Colombia website, some 120 stores registered for the event, with more than 1,200 offers available.
