Annual revenue of the Ghana Cocoa Board 2017-2020, by origin
The Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD) obtained revenue from selling cocoa beans that reached around 10.2 billion Ghanaian cedis (GHS) in 2020. This corresponded to roughly 758.8 million U.S. dollars. Additionally, income from processed cocoa products amounted to 74 million GHS in that year, some 5.5 million U.S. dollars. In 2017, over 10.2 billion GHS were registered from the sale of cocoa beans and processed cocoa products. COCOBOD is the government body that oversees cocoa marketing in Ghana.
