Customer repurchase intention in Japan Q3 2023, by industry
The airline industry showed the highest repurchase intention among consumers in Japan, as revealed in a survey conducted in the third quarter of 2023. Based on their recent customer experience with airlines, 60 percent of respondents were satisfied to an extent that they would purchase more from the respective businesses in the future. Related to the travel sector as well, hotels followed in second place with 59 percent of respondents.
