Share of MY 2010+ Class 3-8 diesel trucks by leading U.S. states 2020
As of December 2020, Indiana's diesel commercial vehicle fleet recorded the highest share of recent models, with some 66.8 percent of its class 3-8 trucks being from the 2010 model year or younger. It was followed by Utah, which was over 10 percent above the national average of 49 percent. In 2020, around 759,000 Class 3-8 trucks were sold on the U.S. market.
