Further information * The figure for 1990 was taken from the International Energy Agency's CO2 Emissions From Fuel Combustion report, page 46-47, published in October 2011. The figure for 2010 was converted from million metric tons of carbon to units of carbon dioxide by multiplying by 3.667.
