Nascent entrepreneurship rate in Africa 2020, by country
In 2020, the nascent entrepreneurship rate in Angola stood at 27.3 percent, the highest rate among the surveyed African countries. The rate refers to the share of people aged 18 to 64 years who are currently nascent entrepreneurs. The second-highest rate on the African continent was registered in Togo, where 21.7 percent of the adult population was in the process of establishing their own business.
