Shopping: factors increasing customer loyalty to clothing retailers by gender UK 2015
This survey was conducted to assess the main factors increasing customer loyalty regarding clothing retailers in the United Kingdom (UK) in the year 2015, asking customers to select the factors being most likely to increase their loyalty from a list of statements. The leading factor was the fit of the stocked clothing to the customers´ needs and preferences, amounting to 29 percent. Being cheaper than other retailers, was ranked third, accounting for 18 percent.
