How do Britons feel about Boris Johnson becoming PM?

Confirmation of Boris Johnson's pending arrival in No. 10 was greeted by newspaper frontpages containing a mixture of trepidation, disbelief and in some cases, upbeat positivity. What do the British public make of their new prime minister? YouGov conducted a snap poll of 1,730 adults in Great Britain to find out and 37 percent of respondents said they are dismayed.

While another 10 percent said they are disappointed, some respondents were happy about Johnson replacing Theresa May. 18 percent of those polled said they are pleased while 10 percent are delighted.
