High salary expectations and a perceived lack of work-life balance are two leading challenges European accommodations face when trying to hire qualified candidates. This perception is largely shared across different countries, although country variations do exist: in France, long commutes is the top challenge, while in Spain unsuitable work-life balance is a leading issue.
