Destination Europe: What Attracts Most Tourists?

When asked what would motivate them to plan a holiday to Europe, the leading reason across all age groups was the desire to explore the region’s history, culture, and heritage. This motivation was particularly popular among people over the age of 60. While 44% of individuals aged 30 to 39 expressed interest in history and culture, their enthusiasm was not as pronounced as in other age groups. Instead, 30 to 39 year olds showed greater interest in food, leisure activities, shopping, and nightlife compared to others.
