Día de Muertos is a Mexican celebration in which the deceased are commemorated at the beginning of November each year. According to a survey carried out in Mexico in 2022, the vast majority of respondents (84 percent) stated they usually celebrate Día de Muertos. About 7 percent of them claimed to also participate in Halloween celebrations.
