Organizations´ degree of personalization of customer experience CX in the U.S. 2021
According to the results of a survey on customer experience (CX) among businesses conducted in the United States in 2021, participants were asked to what extent their organization is able to personalize CX. The majority of the respondents declared that personalized CX within their company is partly available, while almost 20 percent claimed their CX was not personalized at all.
