Employment in agriculture in Central African countries 2020
Burundi was the country in Central Africa in which agriculture had the highest contribution to employment as of 2020. The sector accounted for 92 percent of the total employment in the country. Central African Republic ranked in second place, with agriculture corresponding to 77.1 percent of the total employment. Chad followed closely, with a share of 76.3 percent.
