According to a recent survey conducted in Vietnam by Decision Lab in 2022, products not matching their advertised images were the most common negative experience of online shoppers when using social commerce in Vietnam, as stated by 60 percent of the respondents. Meanwhile, 48 percent of them stated to have experienced late delivery.
