Global: most common supply chain management improvements by brands 2021-2022
In the past few years supply chains have been hit by several problems, such as shortages, the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and rising fuel and energy costs. This has caused disruption, leading to stock shortages and lost money for businesses. Many businesses are reacting to these circumstances, looking to mitigate such problems in the future, and investing in their supply chain management. Almost half of businesses surveyed in 2021 said that they are improving their manufacturing capacity, collaboration with supply chain partners, or supply chain speed.
