Allegations of sexual exploitation made against UN peacekeepers 2015-, by nationality

Between 2015 and August 2023, the highest numbers of alleged perpetrators of sexual exploitation and abuse in UN peacekeeping missions were South Africans, with allegations made against 73 peacekeepers from the country. The second highest number of alleged perpetrators were from Gabon. The number of perpetrators must partly be seen in relation with the number of peacekeepers from each country.
