Humana achieved a customer satisfaction score of 82 out of 100 points, which was an increase of five percent year-on-year. Furthermore, UnitedHealth achieved a customer satisfaction rating of 78, thereby positioning it as the next highly rated health insurance brand. Overall, the customer satisfaction index for health insurance brands saw a three point increase from 2022 to 2023.
