According to an online survey conducted in Japan in 2023, 22.8 percent of respondents answered that they were satisfied with the most recent medical services they received from the doctor at the medical institution. Almost half of the respondents stated that they were somewhat satisfied with it, while 3.7 percent of respondents stated that they were dissatisfied with it.
