Mobile users preference for sending text or voice messages 2023, by country
According to a survey of global consumers conducted in November 2023, 83 percent of mobile users in Great Britain reported preferring to send text messages over audio messages. In comparison, 19 percent of mobile users based in the United Arab Emirates reported preferring audio messages, while 38 percent reported they used both types of messages equally.
